AI代理工具面临系统性风险，包含：外部网页潜藏恶意指令、第三方技能（Skill）扩充套件可能植入后门，以及长时间运作后因“记忆压缩”遗失安全规则导致失控。
近期曾出现ClawJacked漏洞（已修补），攻击者可透过诱导浏览恶意网页，在无警示情况下对AI代理管理权限进行暴力破解。
资安署建议导入相关工具时必须落实“环境隔离”（使用独立电脑、虚拟机或容器）与“人工审核”两大原则，并采用最小权限专属账号。
建议将重要安全规则写入AI的长期核心记忆档（如MEMORY.md）并定期备份，且安装第三方扩充前需仔细检查程序代码。

NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang recently introduced NemoClaw, a new deployment toolchain optimized for OpenClaw, at the GTC conference, aiming to achieve deep integration between computing hardware and AI agent software frameworks.
The Administration for Cyber Security noted that such AI tools often operate with high system privileges and 24/7 runtime characteristics. Without proper safeguards, they could become an entry point for hackers, leading to personal data leaks, credential exposure, and financial losses.
AI agent tools face systemic risks, including malicious instructions hidden in external web pages, backdoors potentially embedded in third-party skill extension packages, and loss of control after long periods of operation due to “memory compression” causing the loss of safety rules.
A recent vulnerability known as ClawJacked (now patched) allowed attackers to lure users into visiting malicious web pages and brute-force AI agent administrative privileges without triggering any warning. ⚠️
The Administration recommends that organizations adopting such tools strictly implement two key principles: “environment isolation” (using dedicated computers, virtual machines, or containers) and “human review,” while also using dedicated accounts with the principle of least privilege.
It also recommends writing critical security rules into the AI’s long-term core memory file (such as MEMORY.md) and backing it up regularly. In addition, program code should be carefully reviewed before installing any third-party extensions.
